1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Unculture ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Unculture is a streaming platform for creator-led animated micro-series. The Service includes free content and premium subscription content available to paid subscribers.
3. Subscription
A Premium subscription costs $4.99 per month and includes a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged. After the trial period, your subscription automatically renews each month until canceled. Subscriptions are processed through Stripe.
4. Free Content
The first episode of each series is available free of charge after creating an account. Additional episodes require an active Premium subscription.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.
6. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
7. Content License
All content on Unculture is owned by or licensed to Unculture. You may not download, reproduce, distribute, or modify content without express written permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to bypass paywalls, share account credentials, scrape content, or interfere with Service operations.
9. Limitation of Liability
Unculture is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
